Wheat.—Good demand at Government prices. Oats. —Market firm. Milling 3s lOd to 4s, bright short feed 3s 8d to 3s 9d, medium and inferior 3s 3d to 3s 6d on trucks. Rabbitskins.—Demand better. Summers l4d to 16d, racks 16d to 19d, autumns 24d to 30d, incoming 33d to 35c1, winter blacks 48d to 60d', winter bucks 35d to 39d, winter does 46d to 50d; second winter does 40d to 42d per lb. Hides.—Government have now taken I these over and valuations are held every three weeks. Sheepskins.—Government valuation held fortnightly. ' Tallow.—Market firm at late rates. Rough rat 16s to 20s; tallow in tins, 26s to 28s; casks, 2Ss to 35s per cwt. Horsehair.— Market quiet, 16d to 17d per lb. We store and dress all classes of seed and grain.
