In response to the Lady Liverpool Red Cross Cake and Sweet Fund to be sent to the hospitals and convalescent homes in England, the local branch dbs donated £lO.

The hon. sec. (Miss Ada Brown) ha 3 received the following letter from the hon. sec. in Dunedin:—Will you please convey to the members of your branch the sincere thanKs of my executive for their generous donation (£10) voted to the Lady Liverpool Red Cross Cake and Sweet Fund. We feel very deeply indebted to you for your generous donation, and are most grateful for the kind help that you have given us.with this scheme.
