Tha No. 1 Military Appeal Board sat at Naaeby yesterday afternooo. The St. Bathans Medical Club appealed on behalf of Dr Griffen. Dr Byres wrote to the Board undertaking to fulfil his duties.—The appeal was adjourned to allow the Board to communicate with Dr Valintine. —ln the case of D. T. Weir, the appeal was adjourned for inquiry. Several appeals were again reviewed. Ralph C. Darling, adjourned for three months; A. W. Hill and Mrs Roberts, appellant to go forward in October, and the same decision was arrived at in the case of W. A. Chirnside. The appeal Jof John Brown, Gimmerburn, was allowed, he being 46 years of age. The appeal of James Wally Scott for time was granted till October, and the appeal of Mrs C. Brown on behalf of H. L.
