The Naseby 2nd Division Football Team will visit Clyde on Saturday to play a game against the 2nd Divison team of that town. The Naseby team will be practically the same that played and defeated Ranfurly last Saturday week. - Among the Otago estates certified for stamp duty in July were those of Patrick Shea, £1935; Richard Moore, £5Ol. On Friday evening, Aagust 3rd, at Wedderburn, a dance was held in aid of the Red Gross funds. The. hall was well filled with many residents from all directions. While dancing was being indulged in some gave great assistance by the sale of buttonholes and sweets, Mr Law also putting up for sale many other valuable articles donated by local people. During the evening Mrs Jones obliged the audience with, two or three songs, which were much appreciated by all. Mr I. J. White ably carried out the duties of an 'efficient M.C.
