Wheat.—Good demand at Government prices. Oats. Market quiet. Milling 3s lOd to 4s, bright short feed 3s 8d to 3s 9d, medium and iuferior 3s 3d to 3s 6d on trucks. Rabbitskins.—Market easier owing to difficulty of obtaining freight. Summers lSd to 17d, racks 17d to 19d, autumns 2Sd to 30d, incoming 33d .to 35d, early winters 36d to 38d per lb, selected winter does to 66d, winter blacks 56d to 76d, winter bucks 38d to 46d, winter does 46d to 60d per lb. Hides.—Government have now taken these over and valuations are held every three weeks. I
Sheepskins.—Government valuation held fortnightly. Tallow.—Market firm at late rates. Rough fat 16s to 20s; tallow in tins, 26s to 28s; casks, 28s to 35s per cwt. Horsehair.—, Market quiet, 16d to I7d per lb. We Btore and dress all classes of seed and grain.
