Registration is free of charge; the penalty for non-registration is a fine not exceeding £5. Forms of application for registration are obtainable from the District Agents of this Department at Auckland, Napier, Wanganui, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill, or from the Director of the Horticulture Division, Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce.
