Duke oar Edinburgh is a dark brown horse, seventeen and a-half hands high, and i 3 eight years old. Has immense bone, and splendid action. He was bied bjr E. Fricker, out of. the celebrated mare Nora, imported from Melbourne by Mr. P. Aitchison. Nora was a large prize-taker in Melbourne. His sire is the celebrated horse Lofty, imported from Scotland by the Hon. Mathew Holmes. Duxa of Edinbuesh, as a two-year-old, took the first prize in his class at Oamaru. He has a docile temper, ia thoroughly staunch, and has proved himsolf a sure foal-geiter in the Oamaru and Mount Ida Districts. Terms, £3 10s.
