"the members of the Bruce County Council decided at itn last meeting that in future, when one member had occasion during the course of any debate to refer to another, bo should do no by merely prefixing the word "Mister" to the name of the person he referred to. The use of tbe term Councillor was strongly objected to, as it was not in harmony with Beveral of the members' names.
