ASSESSMENT COURT-COUNTY OF MANIOTOTO.

May 31. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Judge.) Applications were received from John Morrison, Michael Brookes, Joseph Henry Gason, David Barron, William Lamont Bailey, John M'Donald, Bernard Gordon, Edward Tobias George, and George Frederick Newmarch. The Court was adjourned to June sth, at 4p.m; 9 June 5. ADJOURNED heauing. The Court appointed David Barron and John Morrison to be valuers of the whole County, at the total remuneration of £145 for the two. List to be prepared by July 23rd, 1877. Valuation list to be open for inspection at office of County Clerk until August 25th, 1877. Objections to be lodged with Clerk of the Court not later than August 23rd. Court to sit and hear objections to valuation on August 31st, at 11 a.m.
