Humbly Sheweth, — 1. That your Memorialistsare of op'inionthat a certain area of ground, situate at Kory's Lead, luldare Hill, and Blue Gully, St. Bathans, is payably sturiferous. 2. That to put the B!iid area in working order, and construct the necessary dam and other appliances, for the purposes of ground sluicing, it will cost £I2OO or thereabouts. 3. That a portion of the said area has been wrought, and not paid remuneratively, ou account of the appliances already in existence. 4. That your memorialists pray that, as a return for their outlay, a special claim of eight acres may be granted to tuem, upon such terms as the Ware en may approve, in terms of clause 12, of the Goldlields Act 186f.
