That your Memorialists are of opinion that a certain area of ground, situate at Bory's Lead, Kildare Hill, and Blue Gully, St. Bathans, is payably auriferous. 2. That to put the said area in working order, and construct the necessary dam and other appliances, for the purposes of ground sluicing, it will cost £I2OO or thereabouts. 3. That a portion of the said area has been wrought, and not paid remuneratively, on account of the appliances already in existence. 4. That your memorialists pray that, as a return for their outlay, a special claim of eight acres may be granted to them, upon such terms as the Warden may approve, in terms of clause 12, of the Goldfields Act 1866.
