The new application, if allowed, will not cancel the old, hut it will give a vote in the County. The last day for applications is the 31st March. We understand that the Rev. E. The classes have been taught with considerable care, and made a creditable appearance in the subject of examination. There has been fair improvement in most case 3 since last inspection. The discipline, class movements, and attention of the pupils were good. The Board's regulations and instructions are fully carried out. The apparatus and furniture are in good order. An additional black board and easel are required. The parents of the pupils should exert themselves to secure a more regular attendance. In reference to this favorably worded document Mr. John Hislop, Secretary to the education, Board, writes: —" Mr. Hislop has much pleasure in congratulating Mr. John Js'eill on the very satisfactory report of his School by 1 Mr. Petrie."
