County of Westland.—According to a statement made by the County Chairman of Westland, the revenue of the County from all sources, is expected to be about £15,000 per annum, which he proposes to expend as follows: Maintenance of roads £SOOO ; public works contingencies £1000; new works £3925 : hospital and charitable institutions £2200 ; ferries £705 ; miscellaneous expenditure, inclusive of administration and engineering £l&00 —total £14,750.
