The land of special value breu ght over an average of £3 per acre. Sec tiion 22 brought £580; section 23, £570;; section, 35, £500.* Alexander M'lntyre purchased section 26, block I. Sections'ia Chatton and Waipahi sold at upset ptici es. The sale amounted to £SOOO.
