Five per cent, deducted from. the. gross, amount of all stakes for expenses. Horses talking over will receive SO per cent of the stakes. The Mojint Ida Jockey Club Rule 3 will be strictly enforced. Any person entering a protest will have to. deposit £2, and should such protest ba. deemed frivolous by the Stewards will hav® to forfeit the same.
