The Directors of the Mount Ida Pastoral Investment Company, Limited, encouraged by the success that lias attended the operations of the Company on the Ewebum Run, have thought it advisable to cxend its bush ess by the purchase of the Ridges Station, ■which they have succeeded in effecting ou very advantageous terms. In view of this" extension of business it hns been thought advisable, an? 1 , the Company has decided, to increase the nominal capital to £IO,OOO, by tlie creation of 1500 additional shares of £io each. Of tluse 1000 only will now be placed in the market, the reminder being kept in reserve, in ease smother opportunity should occur of ti'lvantugeously extending the sphere of tho Company's business. The Company was originally started with a nominal capital of £25,000, oi' whi-h £21,070 has been paid up.
