TN Pursuance of the 14th Section of i- the Licensing Act, 1873, Amendment Acts, 187-1-5, I Hereby Give Notice that the Quarterly Licensing Meeting tor the Districts of Naseby, Hyde, Ahuriri, and Hindon, will be held on Tuesday, the sth day of December, 1576, at the Court House, iNaseby, at the hour of noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications or certificates for such licenses as are authorised to be granted at the said meetings of the Licensing Court, and the transfer or renewal or removal of Licenses, of which du e notice shall have been given to me, for th e aforesaid districts in which the premises, in respect of which such application is made, are situated respectively. To the District Land Officer at Naseby,— I Hereby Give Notice that I intend to construct a water race for irrigation and domestic purposes, commencing at a point at the head of Price's G-ully, Hyde, and terminating at the most easterly point of my farm. The length of such race is one mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is east. The mean depth and breadth of such race is 12 inches wide by 6 inches deep, and it is capable of carrying one head of water, or thereabouts.
