■ (From & correspondent.) October 13. Mr. Baker exhibited a large number of yiews of Irish scenery here last night. The> placts illustrated are "for the most part places of surpassing beauty, and as such have been long Vnown and nraised by tourists.- Thosa far-famed pictur s of loveliness must be faithfully re-produeed on Mr. Baker's canvas, s not » few of them were recognised by some of those who were acquainted with the oriaf. nals, and saw them represented here last night, while those who had never that good fortune were fully enlightened by Mr. Baker's lucid explanation. I know, Sir. Editor, you are a lover of the beautiful, and {hat yon will go, and see the Hibernicoa when it reaches Kaseby. The superior singing too, of Irish, Scotch, and English songs by Mr. and Mrs. Baker will repay all who may go to hear them.
