Lunacy.—J. B. Dun gey was remanded to Dunedin for farther medical examination. Tlie certificate of Dr. Whit-ton was to the effect that he was a violent lunatic, and quite unfit to be at large.
July 27, Hjorring v. Nieper.—Claim, £5 2s. Mr. Rowlntt for plaintifF. Judgment for 64, costs 135., and 21s. professional fee.
