I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE' that I in- : tend to construct a Dam and Reservoir for the storeage of water in connection with my water race held under certificate No. 10, dated sth of November, 1875, an area of one quarter of an acre, situate near the Township of Hyde,' viz., at the hill to the west of section 18, Township of Hyde; and I have marked out the said area'-with pegs and trenches, and also give notice that I intend to construct a race from the said dam to section 15, Block 11. ..Township of Hyde, com-, mencing at a point in said dam and terminating on section 15, Block 11. The length of such race is 138 yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is east by west. _ The mean depth and breadth of such race ;is two feet by two feet; to lay down composition piping three inches in diameter, and which will be covered over when completed ; : and the reservoir is intended to : coutain (60,000 gallons of water; .
