Guffie and Inder v. Grayson and Peterson.—Mr. G. F. Rowlafct for complainants, Mr. Hertslett for defeudants. The information was for interference on the 22nd and 23rd of February with, aud encroachment upon, tbe fail race of complainants, held under certificate 2147 dated 26th June, 1872, by running water whereby the completion of the snid tail race has been hindered, and that notice had beeng'ivch to desist from eueh interference. Damages were laid a \- £2O, aud an order asked Prom the Court to' cause the defendants-removal from such, interference. This case which is oue of a series of cccs cases, resulted in a verdict, for complainants,fout days being afiven for the removal of the interference —damages £2O ; costs of witnesses, 40s ; professional fee 42s ; costs of Court, 30s.
