STAMP PEE ACT, 1875. Head Office, Stamt )ffice. Stamp Department, 20lh March, 1876. "Vf OTICE is hereby given, that the -L1 provisions of " The Stamp Fee Act, 1875," will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the Colony, on the Ist April proximo. After that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must bo paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Courts are held. Forms of Summons, Subpoena, &., will be impressed at the Head Office for Solicitors and others, on receipt of Requisition D and Bank, receipt for tho amount less the authorised discount, together with the forms required to be stamped. Ship and Pocket Chronometers cleaned and rated. Repeater, Lever, Horizontal, Vertical Watches repaired, cleaned and adjusted. All kinds of Mathematical, Nautical, and Surveying Instruments, Telescopes, Opera and Field Glasses, Aneroids, Barometers, &c.j repaired and adjusted. English, French, and American Clocks, Music Boxes, cleaned and repaired. _ Agricultural Medals manufactured in Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Cups made specially to order. All kinds of Volunteer trophies— Medals, Belts, or Cups—designed and manufactured. Masonic Jewels, Presentation Cups, Trowels, and Plate, made to any pattern on the fihortert notice. Books of Designs and Price Lists sent to all parts of the Colony on application. All kinds of Jewellery repaired or made to order.
