HAMILTON.—March 14.
Resident Magistrate's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., R.M.) Emma Barber v. John Allan. —Thi was a case of intimidation, in the Union Hotel, Hamilton. The information alleged threatening language of a strong character. Mr. W. L. Bailey for the defendant, expressed his willingness to keep the peace and be bound over. The defendant was accordingly bound over to keep the peace for two months, himself in £SO, and two sureties in £25 each. «. Warden's Court, (Before H.
