PROCLAMATION. ■SETTING APART EIGHTEEN HUNDRED ACRES OF LAND IN THE KYEBURN HUNDRED FOR OCCU"RATION ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS % His Honor James Macandrow, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago. WHEREAS by the 47th section of the Act of the General Assembly 'of New Zealand, intituled "The Otago Waste Lands Act, 1872," it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent, -with the advico and consent of the Provincial Council, to set apart- in any part of the Province, districts or blocks ofland within which licenses to occupy land and leases thereof on defol red payments may be granted either exclusively or within which the land shall be open •for license or lease on deferred payment, or 'for sale on .immediate payment. And whereas the Provincial Council of the •Province (if. Otago has recommended the Superintendent of the said Province to set apart the landß hereinafter specified for alienation ■on deferred payments. , " Now therefore, I James Macandrow, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by and with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council as aforesaid, do hereby, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by " Tho dtaen Waste Lands Ant, 1872 " and of every or any power in this behalf enabling me, proclaim, declare, nnd set apart all those sections numbered respectively, 3, 4, 5 % 9,10, 12; 14, and 10, Block 11, Kyeburn' Survey.
