Fined 20s. and ss. 6d. costs, or twenty-four hours' imprisocn ent. Robert Aitkcn v. John Taylor.—Claim of £9 3s. 3d. Judgment for £9 3s. 3d., costs 135., and 21s. professional fee. P. A. Connolly v. Ben Martin. —Judgment summons for £3 lis. 6d, Defendant ordered to pay £3 lis. 6d., costs 325., and 3s. 6d. interest forthwith—failing payment, imprisonment in Naseby gaol for fourteen days. M. Brookes v. John Avery.—Judgment summons for £4 10a. The Court declined to act, it not being shown that defendant intended leaving his dwelling, or place of business, or keeping out of the way to avoid service.
