Wahden's Coubt, (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Wsrden.) Agricultural Lease.—Hollands and Cargill applied. No survey effected. Adjourned to November 30. Grants.—Wood and others, protection; Hanrahan and others, protection; Scandinavian Company, protection; Giles Talty, extended claim; Fahey andO'Hara, protection. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Police v. Ah Lin; Police v. An Gow; Police v. Ah Sue; Police, v. Ah Yung. All these cases were for mining without miners' rights. Mr. M'Connochie attended on behalf of the men to explain that they were in great poverty, and that he was giving them credit to enable them to test some ground. He said he was not awaro they had no rights, but was willing to pay for them forthwith, which he did. Under the circumstances the cases were allowed to be withdrawn-
Grants. —■ T. Power, residence area ; Tiernan and another, extension of water race; P. Tiernan extended claim. Agricultural Lease.—Hollands and .Cargill's application was further adjourned for survey.
