Such..documents must, after that date, be .written tipon paper previously impressed aitho Head Office, and cannot, be staffed after the execution thereof. It ia requested, therefore, that Merchants, Shipping A <'Gilts, and others concerned, will without delay, forward to this office, such idrms as they may require to he impressed, accompanied by the usual requisition and receipt of the Bank of New Zealand for the .•amount, less the authorised discount. TRANSFIiRa OP SHAEUP, IT is hereby notified, that,*after the Ist of January next, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Transferal'of Sb-.ires is compulsory, but transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Oflic6 by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execution without a tine. Managers and Secretaries of Companies, Sharebrokers, and others intorested, are recommenced to forward, without delay, such forma .of transfer as they may require to be impressed,.accompanied by . the usual requisition and receipt from the Bank of New Zealand for .mount thereof, less tho authorised discount. And if such person is a licensed sbarebroker, his license shall, 6n any conviction under this section, .be absolutely forfeited, and he shall not thereafter bo qualified to act as d broker, or to have a fresh license issued to him. No sbarebroker, auctioneer, commission agent, or any other person shall be entitled to any biokerage, commission, or any other fee or reward in rjspect of the pale or transf' r of any such sharo, unless the instrument of sale or transfer is filled up with all necessary particulars to make it a complete instrument and is duly stamped."
