John M'Gregor.— Claim £l9 4s. Judgmenfc by consent for amount claimed. . —♦ October 13. (Before L. W. Busch, Esq., J.P.) Police v. Thomas Mitchell.—Drunk and disorderly. Fined £'2, or, in default, seven days imprisonment in Naseby gaol. October 14. (Before 11. W. Robinson, Esq.., R.M.) Police v. John Carey.—The accused was brought up from Macraes, charged with committing an. indecent assault upon a child of five years old on Deep Dale station. Sub-Inspector M'Cluskey, after entering into the direction the evidence would take, asked for a remand, which • W^s, granted for seven days. Ih is likely that the case will be still, further remanded, and tried at the next sitting of the Court at Macraes.
