'Ah Tan.—This case was on remand from ; the 30th September, iilfc Accused was chaiged with vagrancy. The evidence of the police went to show that the case was an aggravated' one. The Bench, taking the facts into consideration, committed the prisoner for ono month's imprisonment, with hard labor. Police v. Ah Tie.—This was also a vagrancy case, similar to the above. The sentence was the same—one month's imprisonment, with hard labor.
