The fourth annual meeting of the' above? body was held on Saturday last. Ehe attendance was not numerofH, but, considering the severity of the weather, it must be pronounced fair.

The report and financial statement submitted were adopted, and new office-bearers and members of Committee were elected. A vote of thanks arid confidence in the" Central Miners' Association—for the very efficient way in which they have conducted the'" business, and watched over the interests of ; the miners of the Province—was carried, with"' marked approval. -E.
