March 12th. (Before R. E. Field, Esq., acting in the absence of his Honor the Judge. IS BAKEECTICI. In re John Griffiths, of Cambrian, hotel and storekeeper, a bankrupt.—Mr. G. F. Rowlatt, solicitor for bankrupt, moved for an order to confirm the choice of R. H. Leary, Esq., ofDunedin, accountant, as trustee, previously chosen at a meeting of creditors. Order Granted. Mr. G. P. Rowlatt moved that a day be fixed for" the above-named bankrupt to pass his final examination, and obtain a discharge. Order granted—day appointed being April 14, 1875. .Notice to be gazetted, and notified in the 'Mount Ida Chronicle.'
