To the Distiict Land Officer, At Ntweby, IHErtRBY GIVE NOTICE that * I intend to construct a Water Race for cutting chaff and for other farming purposes, commencing at a point in Kaurow Creek and terminating at about five (5) chains from the Western Hotel. The length of such race is two (2) miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is in an easterly direction. The mean depth and breadth of such race is three (3) feet wide, and one foot six inches (li feet) deep, and it is capable of carrying three (8) sluice heads of water, and will be completed in two months.
