MacMahon - has returned to Paris from Brittany, through which he had been making a tour, and .where he' was very quietly received. In replying to addresses presented him, he reiterated the statements he. had" previously made as to the absolute necessity of the seven years' continuance of his Presidency being definite and fixed. In wheat there has been no recovery from; the heavy fall that has taken place English .wheat is selling at from 445. to 525. per quarter.
