The said ground has been . prospected and abandoned The grounds for such application are that the Applicants hare already incurred an outlay of about three thousand twn hundred pounds (£3200) in connection with working the said ground, and that a further outlay of about two thousand pounds (£2000) will be required in order to work the same profitably A L.
