In re Alfred Hughes Keene, of Kyeburn, coal-miner, a bankrupt. His Honoi, after enquiring from the Registrar of ihe Court ns to whether nil proceedings up to this date had been complied with (which enquiry was answered in the affirmakiye)> examined the bankrupt touching a liability to Walter Morgan ; and, after further examination, granted a final discharge.
