Court costs and professional fee, £4, 9s. (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., R.M', and W. Grumitt, Esq., J.P.) Jane Alexander t. James Alexander. — For failing to support his wife. Fined 10s., and ordered to pay to his wife the sum of 10s. per week—the order to. remain in force for eight weeks from the 6th of August instant, with costs of Court.
