Monday, 20th. • (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., District Land Officer) The application, of Itobert Glenn to purchase area applied for was recommended. The Committee of the Presbyterian Church applied for ground adjoining the Church freehold. The application was Recommended, provided that the agreement between the Miners' Association and the Committee, that the ground be given up for mining purposes within twelve months if required be affirmed. J. Tannahill's application for fifty acre's at the Styx forwarded to the Waste Land Board without comment.
