TN PURSUANCE of the LICENSING ACT, 1573, I HEREBY GIVE -*- NOTICE that Tuesday, the 2Lst day of April, 1874, has been fixed by the Resident Magistrate appointed for the- Districts of Ahuriri, St. Bathans, Naseby, Macraes, Hyde,, and Hindon, as the Annual Licensing Court for the, abovenamed districts, to be holden in the Court House, at Naseby, -aforesaid, ab the hour of twelve o'clock, ac noon, for the purpose of taking into consideration Applications for Certificates under the said Act.
