N PUUSUANCE of'the LICENSING ACT, 1873, I HEREBY "GIVE - NOTICE.that Tuesday, the2lstdayof April, 1874, has been fixed by the Resident Magistrate appointed for the Districts of Ahuriri, St. Bathans, Naseby, Macraes, Hyde, and Hindon, the Annual Licensing Court for the abovenamed districts, to be holden in the Court House at Naseby, aforesaid, at the hour of twelve o'clock, ac noon, for the purpose of taking into.consideration Applications for Certificates under the said Act.
