Ckaio, seconded by Gi\ Wilson*. The report recommended — "That, as soon as tin-encroachments on-Tay-slreet are removed, a footpath be

The Town Clerk reported that lie had that day served notices on the following persons' having encroachments on Taystreet, to remove the same within a month : E. T. George, D. Robertson, W"m. Cleric read and laid upon the table a detailed statement of receipts and expenditure for the year ending 31st-De-cember, 1873, by which it appeared that' the receipts amounted t0'£1374 165.-Id.; the expenditure had, been £584 3s.
