Tuesday, January 27th. . (Before H. Esq., E.M.) William Moeller was brought up, charged with being,an habitual drunkard. —It appeared that this was "the fourth time the accused had been charged with drunkenness since Christmas. Hi 3 Worship, being willing to. give the defendant a last chance, committed him for seven days, with,hard labor. Drunk and disorderly.—Henry "Ryley, for this offence, was, it being the first occasion, discharged with a caution. • -
