In all cases of dispute the decision of the Stewards to be final. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any Race in this Programme (HurryScurry Race excepted) unless the same is the bona fide property of a subscriber of not less than £1 Is to the race fund,. Jockey Costume. —Any person riding, except in colors entered, will be fined £l. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses.
