I I-lEBEBY GIVE NOTICE that I. intend to construct a Water Race for. irrigation, sheep-washing, fellmongery, boiling clown establishment, turning waterwheel, and supplying water to my bouse; commencing at a point in the Otekaike River, about one mile above my present Home Station bouse, and terminating in my English grass paddock, about half a mile below my house. - The length, of such Water Race is about one and. a half mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is northwards. The mean depth and breadth of such Water Race is two feet depth and three rfeet breadth; and it is capable of carrying six sluice-heads of water. ROBERT CAMPBELL, Otekaike. Any person objecting to the issue of a License to the above-named Applicant, must lodge his objection, in writing, at my office, at Naseby, within fourteen clear days from the date hereof.
