Besident Magistrate's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., E.M.) G'uhh v. M'Donald.—Claim for £4, for damage done to paten hay by defendant's cows. Evidence'was brought foiward to - p . prove the extent of damage, and the principal offender seemed to be a certain red cow," known as belonging to the defendant. The defendant gave evidence himself to the effect that the red cow and two others, supposed to be his, did not belong to him. Case dismissed-. (Before H: W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) _ Grants.—A.
