John Gleeson was, on the information of John Dick, M.D., charged with lunacy, and remanded to Dunedin, to be brought before the Court there on the 18th inst. Fbiday, August 15th. Robertson r. M'Kenna. Adjourned from previous day. Judgment for £l7 6s. and costs. .Law v: Nieper.—Claim*, 10s. Judgment, by default, for amount claimed, with costs.
