*' R/esident Magistrate's Court. (Before H. W. Eobinson, Esq., R.IVL) Griffin v. Campbell. Debt £1 10s. Settled out of Court. -^, Same v. Sin Loon Sing.—Debt £l4s. Settled out of Court. Same r. Yen Kew.—Debt £1 9s. 9d. Settled out of Court. Polices. Stanley.—Complaint that the defendant had been keeping two dogs without having them registered, <as required by the Dog Nuisance Ordinance. With regard to one of the dogs, the constable said he was satisfied that it was under the age'of six months. Evidence was gone into respecting the other, and the defendant succeeded in convincing the Bench, that it was not his, and that he was not responsible for it. Case dismissed. "Warden's Court. (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Grants. —B. Gregg, water race, tail race, extension. of water race, and residence area; Gc. 3?. Cocker ell, entended claim; Ah Hin and An Goui, water race, tail race, and dam. Refused. —Ah Hin and An Groui, extended claim at Murphy's Elat. This was refused because the locality in ques-. tion had not been declared open for occupation in acre claims.
