Creary, extended claim. Withdrawn.' F. Walters, extended claim; Stephens and others, extended claim;- Charles Dyke, extended claim,; M'Donald and Tremewan, extended claim. Application for survey.—John Shannon applied for an order for the Perseverance Co.'s dam to be surveyed under the provision of sees. 2 and 3of reg. ii. The Warden having considered the application, made an order to the Perseverance Co. to refrain from re-making their dam —the ' making of which had been the occasion pf much damage to the applicant (Shannon) should have it properly surveyed by the District Surveyor, and specifications prepared, showing proper mode of construction, thickness of bank, &c,.
