The Company have a Right to 20 heads of water from the Manuherikia Rirer, and 6 heads from Clear Creek, thus insuring a never failing supply; in the, driest seasons. About 20 miles of the race has been formed, and the remainder isdn course of construction. The Company hold the Rights, by lease and certificate, to 31 Acres of auriferous ground, the -whole of which is commanded by the race. A race from Clear Creek has been formed, and six heads of water are now being used on the Company's claim at Smokers Flat. This is one of tho mo3t permanent and profitable investments to be found in the Province. Further particulars may he obtained from Mr. J.
