Resident Magistrate's Cottbt. (Before H. W.. Robinson, Esq.-, R..M.) Murray v. G-annon.—Debt, £9 12s settled out of Court. Same r. Giles Talty.—Debt, £l7 7s 2d. Mr. • Bailey for plaintiff. The defendant in this case put into Court an orde* of discharje in the Bankruptcy of Foley and Talty. Mr. : Bailey submitted that that could not be recognised by the Court as discharging the defendant from his private debt to plaintiff. Judg- • ment for amount claimed with 19s costs, and 10s expenses. ■ /<. - ' Same t. John Halpin.—Debt, £7 10s 9d. Judgmeht by consent for £7.5s 9d, and 12a costs, to be paid by instalments.
