Thd Indians Were entrenched in some caves. A very painful case of forgery and fraud by a clergyman has been investigated at Middlesborough. One charge involves forgery of scrip for £22,300. The prisoner, the Eev. Yyvyan fit. Moyle, late Vicar of Eston, has been committed for trial at the York Assizes on March 21st. The first charge made by the directors of the Mutual Society was compromised, and they have withdrawn from the prosecution.
